Basic Navigation
When you log in to the FTSI Mobile Technician app, the first page/ tab you will land on is the Open Work Orders tab. The 10 navigation points shown in the image below are consistent across all work order tabs. Let's look at all 10 and provide a short description of each:
1. Burger Menu Icon: This is where you can access the menu. If clicked you should see your username as well as the logout option and the help button that will navigate you to the FTSI Help Center.
2. Search Icon: You can use this search function to search for a work order number or a work order associated to a specific responsible person/ asset.
3. Add Icon: Clicking this will open up the Create New Work Order window, where you will be able to create a new work order.
4. Main Tab - Work Orders: This is the main tab for work orders. If you're on this tab, you will see all work orders assigned to you, created by you or associated to your linked work center.
5. Main Tab - Work Requests: Clicking in this tab will show the list of work requests logged by you. This is also where you would need to navigate to create a new work request.
6. Work Order Card: Each one of these "cards" represent a single work order and all the header details of the work order is displayed on the card. If you click on a card, it will open up the work order from where you can edit/ update the work order.
7 - 10. Sub Tabs - Work Order Statuses: Each one of these sub-tabs will show a list of work orders within the specified status i.e. if you're on the Open sub-tab you will see only work orders that are in an Open state and have yet to be completed, if you click on the Closed sub-tab you will see only work orders that are closed/ TECO'd and so on.
